Using AI to Extract & Store Your Most Important Deal Data with AI Doc Assist

As AI continues to evolve, its impact on commercial real estate transactions will only grow stronger. Tenant Rep Brokers who embrace AI-powered solutions like TransactIQ will gain a competitive edge in the market by delivering faster, more accurate, and more transparent transaction experiences to their clients. By leveraging AI to automate workflows, and unlock data-driven insights, brokers can begin to further optimize lease outcomes, drive business growth, and redefine the future of commercial real estate transactions like never before.

This month marks the release of our first AI Tool: AI Doc Assist. Users can now drag/drop their contracts and we’ll extract the critical data points to generate a lease abstract for them to share with their clients. This data can then be used in a variety of ways including reminding brokers of upcoming critical dates in the future. Lease management historically has been a very disorganized process with varying degrees of systems for administrative activities.

Maintaining proper and accurate records of executed deals is a problem many brokerages have struggled with in the past. Juggling many deals at once can leave the administrative tasks on the back-burner or lost in a sea of emails. By creating a more systematic and easy approach to lease administration brokers can deliver unparalleled service to their clients while improving their bottom line.

In the future we will be leveraging AI and ML tools to provide users with powerful property and market insights to help them serve their clients even more successfully.
