  • Yes! TransactIQ is an app designed exclusively for managing Tenant Representation Deals digitally and colboratively with your clients and team. This includes Lease, Purchase and Prospect Deals. You can also maintain all your executed (closed) deals in your private database as well for managing renewals and expirations.

  • It’s totally free to get started with our Base plan. No credit card required to join so it’s risk-free to start doing deals digitally.

    Our paid plans offer unlimited deals and more premium features. Check out our Pricing page to learn more about our current plan offerings.

  • Yes. Our software was designed to be scalable and support many transactions. Regardless of what your pipeline and deal flow looks like, TransactIQ can help you stay more organized, efficient and in sync with your clients and team.

  • Yes. You can migrate existing data from other softwares to TransactIQ quickly. There are import tools that enable you to efficiently import all your contacts and previously executed contracts in to your digital workspace.

  • No. Our software is a month to month subscription per user. You can create a workspace for your brokerage organization and save a valid credit card as payment. Your month billing is determined by the number of users and type of plan selected for each user.

  • We encourage you to send a link to our website to your Tenant Rep broker so they can sign-up and invite you to collaborate on your space search digitally.

    With that said, if you are an in-house real estate professional or responsible for your lease portfolio, you are free to sign-up for an account. And you would invite your Tenant Rep brokers as Guest Brokers to the appropriate deals.

  • Yes. You have a private database for your workspace organization. We do not share any data across our clients, including listing data. We are also SOC2 Compliant to ensure data security and compliance.

  • When you create a new organization workspace (think of it like your digital brokerage office) you will be granted Admin access. ManageIQ allows you to create additional team members, manage permissions and visibility settings, see user and deal activity and more.

    TransactIQ is an individual’s workspace. This is where a single user will have access to all the deals they create or are invited to join. Their contacts, tasks etc will be accessible as long as they have a valid subscription.

  • No, we are a client collaboration and deal management platform designed to improve operations within your team and brokerage.

    We recommend searching and finding available listings with 3rd party platforms and importing them to build your digital market surveys with our survey builder tool.

    You do have your own private database so as you add listing data, you will have ability to access that data in the future using the property search feature.

  • Yes. We currently support the following countries and are actively working to release both extended currency and metic system support.
