CRM: Genius Level Hacks in Your TransactIQ Workspace For Managing Contacts
Beginning in April users now have the ability to import and export Contact data within their TransactIQ workspace. Contact Relationship Management softwares are fantastic tools to help track and manage your work across many clients and stakeholders. It can be seriously overwhelming to try and remember when you met with someone or the last time you contacted them, especially in this time of information overload.
The problem with most major CRM softwares not designed for a specific industry is just that, they’re generic and extremely over-featured. You end up paying a premium for a software you only use 10% of. But even worse, they are not well-designed and their user-interfaces leave much to be desired or require extensive customization and setup to get correct. With an industry-focused CRM solution like TransactIQ, there’s no bells and whistles, just a simple, straightforward CRM that gets the job done. Here’s some creative solutions to help you get the most out of your Contacts feature within your TransactIQ Workspace.
Supercharge Your Prospecting Game With Industry-Specific, AI-Powered Lead Gen
If you’re already using TransactIQ to manage your deals, you are building your CRM database organically. You’re already a step ahead of your competition and staying organized. But if you’re looking to seriously amplify your prospecting efforts, supplementing your network with a, industry-specific lead-gen software like Rodeo Turtle to really super-charge the quality of your contacts and leads. RodeoTurtle uses Artificial intelligence #AI and Large Language Models #LLMs to generate sales insight/leads for the commercial services industry (e.g. commercial furniture, design, flooring, etc.). Fun fact: it was founded by a Tenant Rep broker and a TransactIQ customer. While they’re still in Beta, you can sign-up to get early access.
Once you source your leads, you can easily bring them in to TransactIQ Contacts using our Import Contacts feature.
Create a Simple System For Organizing Your Contacts
Our Tags feature is a great way to create a simple organization system for managing your contacts within your TransactIQ workspace. Think strategically of how you might like to sort/filter for your contacts in the future. Do you primarily want to narrow down contacts by industry? Or the level of client or their role within their company?
What Tags allows you to do is Filter your contacts before exporting a list. If you want to send a marketing blast to a cohort of people, this is an excellent way to do it. You can find the tag feature by clicking in to any Person Record details page. At the bottom of the primary information box, there’s a section for Tags. Here you can create any Tags you’d like.
For example: Create a VIP Tag to remember who you’d like to send holiday gifts to at the end of the year. This makes it easy as your working to add people to your list.
Use Custom Fields To Remember Important Facts About Your Clients
Remembering small details can be a massive difference maker when building relationships with clients and prospects. It could potentially be the deciding factor in whether someone wants to work with you. So consider using Custom Fields to save important facts about your contacts to help improve the relationship you have with them.
