Welcome to the AnthemIQ blog! We are AnthemIQ, an innovative team with deep roots in commercial real estate working hard to digitize and streamline the work of tenant reps and leasing agents. We are CRE experts and technology veterans who are passionately solving the industry’s biggest problems, tackling the transaction process first. Our Founders, Chris Skyles and Kenny Tomlin, created AnthemIQ to solve the pain points they had dealt with firsthand while working in commercial real estate.

Our platform provides tenant reps an intuitive digital CRE transaction platform that manages their deals from search to signed lease. AnthemIQ enables tenant reps to upload properties, schedule tours, build surveys, and more. For leasing agents, AnthemIQ offers a portal to upload properties with detailed information for tenant reps to easily access. AnthemIQ’s platform is connecting and empowering the CRE industry in a seamless and innovative way, eliminating disconnected emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs, greatly improving the tenant and client experience.
